I don't know why but I'm really drawn to bands whose singers have that deep, eerie quality you can never put a finger to, but somehow you would recognise a mile off.

This guy from Elbow for instance, has that (i really don't wanna say hillbilly), husky sort of voice that wouldn't seem out of place on true blood and is currently providing the soundtrack towards D-Day (results agh "/)
