I thought that'd catch your attention. Time for the first rant. Let me drop a few names: miley cyrus, rihanna, hell even lily allen. Remember a time when these girls were relatively innocent, barely uttering single swearword?
Flashforward to 2010 where miley's wearing ribbons and zilch else, rihanna's in dodgy s&m gear and even the delightful taylor momsen trying to cut in on all the action with her suspenders and spews on 'women's toys'.
Sure you can say its cos their music's changing so they change etc etc or that they're attention seeking but little girls everywhere are gonna look and copy.
Do we really wanna see this? Plus whose even listening to their music anymore? These days, all most people seem to care about is what they're wearing or what controversial thing they're gonna say next [psych MIA]
But then again, what abut the guys? Apart from losing a ton of weight, you don't see brandon flowers wearing jack all or julian casablancas talking abut his 'man piece'.
However much i may sound like a jealous bitch, there are ways of being provocative and edgy; its called tongue n' cheek ala Katy perry
